Shows VW IAA

After the whole month was already booked out with shows I felt myself a little flabby when I arrived in Frankfurt preparing for a big stage show for VW on the IAA opening. All in all it was a lot of work (3days choreo) for just 30 seconds on stage. But hey- it was fun at all.

Korsika!

Sometimes it´s just necessary to relax because BMX- lifestyle also can suck and costs you lot of energy. This year my girl Tine and me decided to visit Korsika. And I can say this island is awesome! High mountains and beautifully beaches at the same time. Best Island in Europe and of course possible to ride BMX also. Let´s make an Island BMX roadtrip in 2012. Route is: Sardinia, Koriska, Elba hahaha...

BMX training world record in 60 seconds

It seems more easy than it is. World record is 64 in 60 seconds. This was 36 in 24 seconds, so 1.5 per second. Should work but need more condition:)

Lower extrimies: 2x ligament ruptor on right side, 1x ligament ruptor left knee, multiple grains on both tibias
